- Ask what personal data IndianDeals holds about you.
- Correct inaccurate account or contact information.
- Request deletion of eligible account, listing or messaging data.
- Withdraw optional consent where a feature is based on consent.
- Raise a privacy grievance.
How to request
Email support@indiandeals.com with the subject “Data Request”. Use the mobile number associated with the account where possible and describe the request clearly. We may ask for proportionate verification before acting to protect the account from unauthorised requests.
Limits and retention
Deletion may not cover information that must be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety investigations, enforcement history or dispute resolution. Where data cannot be deleted immediately, the response should explain why and how it is protected.
Production account controls
Self-service account deletion and data controls will be added when production SMS authentication replaces the fixed testing OTP.
