• IndianDeals is not the buyer, seller, legal owner, possessor, broker, auctioneer, distributor, importer, exporter, manufacturer, repairer, refurbisher, carrier, insurer or guarantor of user-listed products.
• IndianDeals does not inspect, open, diagnose, test, grade, authenticate, certify, value or verify the ownership, source, originality, safety, function, condition, specifications, IMEI/serial number or legal status of user-listed items.
• A listing’s publication, search ranking, moderation status, “featured” placement, account verification or continued availability is not an endorsement, certification or warranty.
• Users may provide inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or unlawful content despite IndianDeals’s rules and moderation efforts. IndianDeals cannot guarantee that every user is who they claim to be or that every item is genuine and legally owned.
• Buyers and sellers negotiate and transact directly. IndianDeals does not receive or hold the purchase money, provide escrow, arrange delivery, accept returns, provide product warranties or guarantee refunds.
• All risks associated with meeting another person, inspecting an item, making payment, delivery, ownership, defects, authenticity and enforceability of promises are borne by the users involved.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndianDeals is not responsible for stolen, counterfeit, cloned, blacklisted, financed, defective, unsafe, repaired, damaged, misdescribed or illegally obtained goods; hidden defects; fake invoices; false identities; phishing; advance-payment fraud; non-delivery; payment reversal; warranty disputes; or personal injury/property loss caused by users or products.
• Nothing in this Disclaimer removes a legal duty that IndianDeals cannot lawfully exclude. IndianDeals will take reasonable action on valid reports and legal notices in accordance with applicable law.
