Rules for posting an ad.

Your listing must

• Describe the actual item being offered and its true condition.
• Use clear original photos of the item in your possession.
• Disclose damage, repairs, replaced parts, locks and material defects.
• Use the correct category, price and approximate location.
• Provide a mobile number you are authorised to use.
• Offer only one primary item per listing unless a legitimate bundle is clearly described.

Your listing must not

• Use copied, misleading or unrelated photos.
• Claim warranties, verification or authenticity that cannot be supported.
• Expose another person’s personal information, IMEI, payment details or identity documents.
• Redirect buyers to suspicious links or request advance payment.
• Repeat the same ad to manipulate visibility.
• Offer prohibited, stolen, counterfeit, locked or unlawfully obtained items.

Enforcement

IndianDeals may request changes, reject, remove or preserve evidence relating to a listing. Repeated or serious violations may lead to warnings, suspension or permanent blacklisting.
